Our decadently prepared entres have a southern flair that guarantees your event will be a hit with family, friends, and associates alike. Not only are our barbeque and grilled meats fall of the bone delicious, but our side dishes of baked beans, cole slaw, grilled or fried corn, potato salad, and zesty spaghetti will have you and your guests licking the bottoms of the serving dishes. Onsite Grilling: DRSWMI will grill hamburgers, hot dogs, bratwursts, sausages, chicken breasts and steaks on site for groups of 50 or more based on weather conditions. We will grill on site for smaller groups, however there is an additional charge of $50.00. If your group is too small to be grilled on site, the food is grilled at our commissary and brought to your event.
Onsite Service: DRSWMI will serve for a one hour period for groups less than 100 at no additional charge. Please ask your representative for more information regarding extended service hours. All sandwich menus are priced so that each adult may have one and one half sandwiches each. Only one 10 oz. grilled steak, 8 oz. salmon or 10 oz. chicken breast per person. DRSWMI catering will provide a buffet table for an additional charge and based on availability. Please make arrangements at the time of reservation. We include a table cover for the buffet tables at no additional charge.
Pricing Information: Until the date is scheduled and confirmed, prices are subject to change without notice. The final price will be determined by your final guaranteed number of billable guests (not including children who are under three and are free). Applicable sales tax will be added. We require a deposit for all scheduled events upon reservation of the date.
Children’s Meals: Children age 11 and over will be charged the listed price. Children ages 4 to 10 will be charged $4.99 each. Children 3 and under will not be charged, however, you will need to count them in your final number of guests.
Additional Charges: A travel charge of $1.00 per mile will be added for picnics outside of the Kalamazoo area. If you would like the picnic served longer than one hour, an additional charge of $20.00 per hour per service staff will be added. For events with under 50 people, an 18% service charge will be added.
Guaranteed Number: An estimated number of guests is required at the time of reservation. Your final guaranteed number of guests is due one week prior to your picnic. Your guaranteed number can be increased but not lowered up to 72 hours before your picnic. We are prepared to serve 5% over this guaranteed number. You will be billed for your guaranteed number or number of meals actually served, whichever is greater.
