DRSWMI Home Inspections

Home inspectors use visual methods to evaluate the physical condition of real-estate property, usually prior to the sale of that property. A home inspector spends 2-3 hours at a property examining the grounds, structure, exterior, roof, plumbing, electric, insulation, ventilation, interior, attic, bathrooms, kitchen, basement, crawlspaces, heating, air conditioning, and garage or carport. National standards of practice determine which components are inspected and how they are inspected. The inspector provides a complete, written report to the client.

A home inspection will assist you in the purchase, sale and appraisal of your property.  A thorough inspection is critical as it could save you thousands of dollars over the life of the transaction.  DRSWMI inspects several types of homes including residential, seasonal, multi-family, and other rental properties. We evaluate the property to identify any existing or potential problems that could occur in the future. We are able to inspect properties of single families up to four units.

DRSWMI Home Inspection Service Includes:

  • Customers will receive a pre-inspection agreement before we start, which outlines what you can expect from our service.

  • Customers will receive a full report upon completion that will provide a detailed assessment of 20 different areas of the property.
