*Career Services' refund requests, including resume creation and editing services, resume distribution services, and interview preparation consulations, will be processed on a case by case basis.  Any refund guidelines and restrictions will be provided by your Career Services representative for your review and approval prior to processing your order .
 
*Home Inspection and Property Preservation services are scheduled based on a first-come, first-serve basis and staff availability.  To this end, this division is happy to process any requests for refunds received up to 8 hours prior to the scheduled service date and time without penalty.  Any request submitted with less than 8 hours notice but more than 4 hours will be honored; however, a cancellation fee equaling 1/4 of the invoiced amount will be deducted.  A refund request received with less than 4 hours notice will be honored; however, a cancellation fee equaling 1/2 of the invoiced amount will be deducted.  Any refund requests received during or after the scheduled service date and time will be processed on a case by case basis.
